How to refer a client using affiliate link?

There are many ways to refer:

• You can place a banner or text link on your website along with your referral link.
• You can share your referral link with your client and ask them to place the order using your referral link.
• You can even share your link on social media and WhatsApp groups. If anyone clicks on the link and buys any service from us, it will be tracked and you will get the commission.

Where should I place a banner on my site?

You can place the banner in header or footer section of your homepage or the left or right sidebar of the page, so that the visitors can easily see it or else you can place the banner to that page or post which is more engaging or getting more page views.

In case, I refer a client to PowerlabHosting, when will I get to know that is it successfully referred or not?

If the client you refer completes the order and makes the payment then you would be eligible for the commission. In the affiliate dashboard, you can check the status under the commission tab. We approve the commission after 60 days, until then it will be in the pending approval section.

If I refer a same client do I get a commission for that?

No, you don’t get the commission for the same client but you get commission only if you refer a new client.

When I will get my payment?

For the first payout, when your balance reaches ₹3000 your account will be eligible for the payout. After the first payout, balance must reach ₹2000 or more then your account will be eligible for the next payout.

Where is the money deposited?

For Indian referrals, the money is transferred into the bank account through NEFT. For international referrals, commission is paid through PayPal.

Can I bid on PowerlabHosting keywords in SEM?

According to our guidelines, you aren’t allowed to bid on PowerlabHosting brand keywords such as PowerlabHosting, PowerlabHosting hosting, miles web etc.

How to get banners for my website?

Login to the referral dashboard, go to Marketing Materials and select Banners option. Or you can choose the banners from our website, For customize banners, you can forward your requirement to our team at affiliates@powerlabhosting.com

What is the duration for tracking cookie?

The duration for tracking cookie is 365 days.

I have forgotten my User ID and password.

You will have to send an email to affiliates@powerlabhosting.com from the email id that you used to register for the referral program.

Where is ₹1000 bonus deposited and how can I withdraw ₹1000 bonus amount?

The ₹1000 bonus amount is added to your PowerlabHosting affiliate account. In your referral dashboard, you can see it under current earnings. To withdraw the bonus amount, your balance must reach ₹3000 so that your account will be eligible for the payout. After the first payout, balance must reach ₹2000 or more then your account will be eligible for the next payout.

When can I withdraw my money?

You can withdraw once your balance reaches ₹3000, for the first payout. In the second payout onwards, balance must reach ₹2000 or more then your account will be eligible for the next payout.

You can login to your referral dashboard, where you can see all the information like traffic logs, banner ads, text link ads, pending commission, approved commission, completed payment, pending payment, account balance etc.

I have referred a customer to PowerlabHosting but I have not received my commission?

If the client signs up with us on any date then after 30 days from the date of client purchase, the affiliate commission is approved.

We approve the affiliate commission after 30 days from the order payment date. For example - If you refer a client on 15 June, you will be paid on 16 July.

When will be my commission approved?

Your commission is approved after 60 days from date of client purchase.

Can I get customized banners for my website?

Yes, you get customized banners for your website. You can send your banner requirement details to affiliates@powerlabhosting.com
